Development of Tools and Methods

Fatec Engineering provides the possibility to develop tools and methods for their customers and to integrate them in Fatec software.

Currently available is fFatigue, a state-of-the-art software package for fatigue analysis.

Design and Stress Analysis

Thanks to the large experience with fatigue of lightweight structures, gained in the aerospace industry and in university research, Fatec Engineering has the capability to give valuable advice and support in this field.

Our capabilities include the following aspects:

• Analysis of fatigue and damage tolerance behaviour of metals and metal structures
• Determination of fatigue loads
• Materials selection, including new structural materials such as fibre metal laminates (e.g. Glare)
• Test specifications
• Certification process
